Our policy

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Fusion Feast Culinary (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our grazing table and grazing box services, you (referred to as “you” or “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Payment Policy

  • A 20% deposit is required upon booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance, adjusted for the final guest count or any additional services, is due at least 3 days before your event.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or online payment methods.
  • If payment is not received 24 hours prior to your event, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Life happens, and plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing.
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
  • If the event is canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will provide a credit for a future booking, valid for 12 months from the original date.

 

Equipment Policy

  • All equipment provided by us, including boards, bowls, utensils, and decorations, remains our property.
  • If you would like us to clean the dishware after your event, a fee of $200 will apply.
  • Same-day collection or pickups outside standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) will incur a $300 fee. This can be avoided if dishware is returned within 3 business days during standard hours.
  • You are responsible for replacing any equipment that is damaged or lost while in your care.

 

Event Access

    • Please provide a suitable table and enough space for the grazing table setup.
    • Ensure our team has clear and direct access to the venue.
    • Let us know at least 7 days in advance about any obstacles such as:
                Distances over 10 meters from the unloading point
                Staircases over 5 steps without lift access
                Narrow passageways under 1 meter wide
                Any other barriers that may affect setup
    • Standard delivery is complimentary within 5 km of Doncaster. Beyond 5 km, $4 per km applies.
    • We reserve the right to refuse service if these conditions are not met.

     

    Food Allergies

    • Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements.
    • We will do our best to accommodate allergies and intolerances, but Fusion Feast Culinary cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions.

     

    Liability

    • Fusion Feast Culinary is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your event.
    • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses related to the event.
