Welcome to The Pretty Parties Melbourne (referred to as “service provider”, “us” or “we” in this document). By booking our grazing table and grazing box services, you (referred to as “Client” or “you” in this document) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Policy:

• A deposit of 20% of the total estimated cost is required upon signing this Agreement to secure the date of the Event. The final payment, reflecting any adjustments based on the final guest count or additional services, is due no later than 3 days before the Event.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer or online payment methods.
• If payment is not received 24 hours prior to the event, We reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your order. 

• If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing.
• If cancellation is made more than 7 days before the event, the 20% deposit will be fully refunded.
• If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the event, the 20% deposit will not be refunded.
• If you cancel the event due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will offer you a credit for a future booking, valid for 12 months from the original event date.

Equipment Policy:

• All equipment, including but not limited to boards, bowls, utensils, and decorations, provided by us remains our property.
• Should the Client opt for the Service Provider to undertake the cleaning of the provided dishware, a fee of Two Hundred Dollars ($200) will be assessed. 
• For services requiring same-day retrieval of dishware or collections conducted outside of standard business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), an additional fee of Three Hundred Dollars ($300) will be incurred. This additional fee may be avoided if the client returns the dishware during standard business hours within the subsequent three (3) business days post-event. 
• The client will be held financially responsible for the replacement at full cost of any equipment damaged or lost while under their care or control.

Access to Event Condition:

• The client is responsible for providing a suitable table and sufficient space for the grazing table.
• The client shall ensure that the Service Provider’s personnel and equipment are afforded direct and unobstructed access to the event venue. 
• The client is obliged to provide advance notification to the Service Provider of any conditions that may complicate access, including, but not limited to, distances exceeding  ten (10) meters from the nearest available unloading point, the presence of staircases exceeding five (5) steps without elevator access, narrow passageways less than one (1) meter in width, or any other physical or logistical barriers that could impede the efficient setup and delivery of services. Such notification must be provided no later than seven (7) days prior to the Event date, to allow the Service Provider to allocate additional resources or equipment as necessary, which may subject to additional cost. 
• Delivery is complimentary: up to 5 km from Templestowe (standard access). Beyond 5km,  $4 per km will be charged.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who fails to comply with the above terms and conditions.

Food Allergies: 

• The client is responsible for informing us of any food allergies or dietary requirements.. We will make every effort to accommodate client with food allergies or intolerances. However, the service provider cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions that occur during or after the event.

Liability Policy:

• The Pretty Parties Melbourne will not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, or expense incurred by the Clientor their guests during the event.
• The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Pretty Parties Melbourne from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from or related to the event.
